Category vs Subcategory

    Do subcategories display underneath a parent category? We would like to create subcategories underneath the parent, but cannot seem to get it to work. None of the subcategories or associated FAQs display on the page.

    Sorry for the delayed response.
    Currently Helpie FAQ does not support subcategories as we have Category-based display options and supporting subcategories will complicate the display options.
