category_title and category in post title format

Hi,
Could someone explain me the difference between %category_title% and %category% please?
I think that %category_title% refers to only one category, the main one associated to a post but I’m not sure…More, it seems that I have one problem with those 2 parameters.
I’ve set the following “post title format” in the plugin “general settings”: [%category_title%] %post_title% | My super blog
Then I create a new post, I give it a name “Hello world”, I associate it to my category “Song”, I save the draft. But after refresh, the preview snippet gives me: [Hello world] Hello world | My super blog
Can somebody explain me why I do not get instead: [Song] Hello world | My super blog?PS1: If I chose the following “post title format” in the plugin “general settings”: [%category%] %post_title% | My super blog
then my preview snippet for the same post becomes: [] Hello world | My super blog
Not any better…PS2: I have WordPress 4.1, All in One SEO Pack 2.2.5.1 and Twenty Fourteen 1.3.
