Category/tag Plugin/Qtranslate

  • Does anyone know of a qtranslate friendly site wide category/tag plugin that can create default categories/tags throughout all subsites, so that subsite admins cannot make their own?
    If no one knows anything regarding qtranslate, what plugin are you using that does the same thing for your monolingual project?
