Caused Critical Error and Refused Refund One Day Later

On installation this plugin brought down our entire site with a critical error. We contacted them for a refund and they insisted on accessing our site at an admin level. We are not in the habit of giving completely unknown entities access to our site at that level and refused. They declined to refund the money accordingly.
