Causes 404s after removal

  • As others have said, this plugin does what it says when installed.

    However after uninstalling it caused 404s on all of my pages (despite the fact that it is posts that are affected when it is installed).

    The solution is to re-install WordPress via the Dashboard Updates section. Doing this fixed all the 404s for me.
