    I appreciate your quick response here.

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot and site URL. I could see you’re using the Mental Care Theme, which seems to be having some issues because we got a similar report from a user who has this same theme.

    Since this is a premium theme and we don’t have access or a license to this, can you please check the theme support to see if they have any solution?

    On the different side, you can share the debug logs that you share the error log of the site with us by following the given step: https://world.siteground.com/kb/can-export-error-logs/ or try this way if the first one didn’t work:- https://world.siteground.com/kb/wordpress-logs/

    So we can share with the Forminator Developer and see if they can find any conflicts with the theme.

    You can share the information using the steps mentioned in the initial reply.

    Thanks Imran, I have checked the error logs and this is what I get:

    Hello @michaelmavromatis,

    Good job! There are no errors found on your website recently.

    It was possibly deleted after backup restoration. However, If your Hosting offers a staging site, you can create a staging site, turn on the Debug log on the Staging site and try updating Forminator to replicate the issue.

    You’ll have more technical information and theme support to share with us.
