Causes Mashshare plugin to display multiple sharing buttons

We’re using both this plugin and Mashshare (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mashsharer/), and they’ve been fine together for a while.
However we’ve just noticed that the sharing buttons are repeated twice inside the quiz.
We’ve disabled the buttons from appearing via CSS for now, but we’d prefer it if they didn’t appear instead. If you check the code on the following page, you can see the class “mashb-container” appear twice inside SlickQuiz, and we’ve just hidden it using “display:none;” :
