causing a double link?

When did you get this, https://www.lvsynegy.com/ because it does not resolve.

lvsynergy.com was made back in ’05

From what i can see on the domain host, It’s still a live and active website

regardless whether the actual url actually leads to a site,
try and use https:// with your link url;

example:

<a href="https://www.lvsynergy.com">.....</a>
