CC Avenue Request Failure

I am getting “CC Avenue request failure” as the final page after making a demo purchase on the wordpress website. It should show the final page, thank you page or transaction successful page. The amount has been debited from the account and even the CC Avenue dashboard shows the transaction then what could be the reason of the “CC Avenue Request Failure.” Please help me with this as it is stopping me from the final launch of my website.
