• Hi – we’ve implemented the plugin and for direct To: emails it works great, but we’re having an issue with CCed emails not delivering. Have you run into this before? Any suggestions?

    At first we thought it was just our company email rejecting, but if I sent an email To: Company CC: Gmail the company email works and the Gmail fails and when we sent an email To: Gmail CC: Company, the Gmail delivers and the Company email fails.

    If this is a Amazon issue and not a plug in issue let me know and I’ll go bug them. (Might just bug them anyway)

    Thanks you!

    Indeed;

    As for now, the plugin does use the simple amazon API call that uses only from: and to: fields.
    So any optionnal header such as cc: or bcc: is not processed.

    I got requests to include more features, such as bcc.
    This means parsing and dealing with headers string, that’s not straightforward.

    Can you tell me how this extra CC: header was created ? I suppose you used a specific plugin ?

    Sylvain – your answer was perfect, I’ll pass this on to our developer to develop a work around. I’m not sure how the CC is created, it’s part of a larger custom quote system we built into WP.

    Thanks for the quick reply!
