CCs and BCCs

Hi, I’m trying to add cc’s and bcc’s using the conventional method in the shortcode. It’s replacing the @ sign with [ng] and only allowing one bcc. Am I doing something wrong or is there a specific way to accomplish this. My code is as follows (names/emails changed for posting purposes):
