CDN IP Address blocked

    Hello,

    Am using the function to block a user after 3 trials in your plugin. It works nicely. However, have noticed that it blocks the CDN IP address and not IP address of the user himself.

    Why is that ? Is there any way to prevent that ?

    Hi, please go to the following area WP Security -> Settings -> Advanced Settings. Then try different options until you select the correct one for your site.

    Thanks for your quick reply. Have changed the settings and shall keep up with you if its now ok.

    Had another question regarding the 6G Firewall protection.
    Have whitelisted an IP address, however, due to the 6G firewall activated, it still cannot access my website. Why is that so ? Is that normal or did i miss a setting somewhere ? Please help.

    Is the IP address you whitelisted, your IP address?

    Hello,

    For the IP, no, its the IP of another system that interacts with my website.

    Had another question with regards to some settings, have used the brute force.
    I changed the admin connection url using this brute force setting .

    Since i have used this when i try to login, it always redirects me to the same page. If i am able to log in by chance, i cannot log out.

    Please help with that.
