CDN Setup for Origin Pull, but not activated

Hi,

My site is https://anxieti.org/

I set up the plugin to use CDN, and the images are being cached. however, the plugin is not updating the links.

For instance, here is what is being served:
https://anxieti.org/article_images/product_review_2.png

but this is available:

https://cdn.anxieti.org/article_images/product_review_2.png

I have caching enabled (legacy), it tests ok.
