CDN support for external css background urls

    We use W3 Total + Elementor for our WordPress themes. We have noticed that when we connect with our CDN (KeyCDN)via W3 Total, everything works great except the images referenced inside external CSS (using the background-image property).

    EG. Elementor creates external css for pages / posts. Inside these files there are sometimes backgroud-image(‘mysite.com/’), but the URLs are never changed to point to our CDN. Any reason why?
