CDN Sync not connecting to CloudFiles

  • We are experiencing similar difficulty with manually syncing to CloudFiles. However it is only with our Rackspace Cloud Site hosted account. An identical site that we are using for development is hosted by another hosting provider and it works.

    Auto-syncing of images works fine on both accounts. When we post PDFs to the Media Library and upload images to NextGEN Photo Galleries they do not auto-sync and require manual sync.

    Here is the Chrome error message:

    No data received
    Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
    Here are some suggestions:
    Reload this webpage later.
    Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.

    WP Version: 3.4.2
    CDN Sync Version: 2.2.1
