[Ceceppa multilingua] Flags not working as it should

Besides the switches bug related on this topic: Show flags – switch doesn’t work, I’m facing a little issue related to the addition of flags to main menu.
I’ve checked the switch to enable flags in menu (I can’t disable it anymore), but tt doesn’t works on main menu, so I have to add the language switch through the options available in menu edit page. If it was the only problem, I’d be ok. However, even with the option “create subitems” (or something like that) the languages are not created as subitems, but as main items.
The latest problem that I’ve found (but not less important) is that with the option to enable flags in menu enabled the flags are been shown in every menu my website has, even if the option to show on that proper menu is disabled.Since now,
