    Hi! I’m using the free version of Virtue and like it a lot. I am having problems with how it looks on the cell phone, though. The top menu does not show and the category photos are too big. I would rather them be smaller and in columns as how they are ow (big and under one another). Also, the bottom menus (3 columns on a laptop) are all in one column. I would like the three columns. Basically, how it looks on the laptop is how I’d like for it to look on any and all devices.
    Can anyone look on a cell phone and help, please?

    So sorry! I didn’t realize I was posting in the Requests and Feedback. I’m pretty new at this and am just trying to figure it all out and understand.
    So, why does the main photo on my page change sizes on the cell phone? This main photo is at the top of my category pages. When you go to these categories, that photo changes sizes. I’m afraid this will irritate my customers and need to know why it does that and what I need to do so that it will not do this.
    Thanks, everyone, for having patience with me. I am so sorry that I don’t know this better. I am, however, thisclose to finishing my website and then, I won’t have to bother you anymore.
    I just need to get it to look good on the cell phones…

    Do you mean the height? The reason for the height change is all your images are not the same size when you uploaded.

    Hi Kadence! Thank you for responding! The main photo on my page (above the text, which is above the products) keeps getting smaller and smaller, in height and width, until it disappears. It decreases slowly, but steadily. It gets so small that the words wrap around the photo, even though I have it set so that the photo is above the text and centered.
    Thank you for any help that you may offer! I having a hard time with the mobile layout… I’m sorry!

    Ok… so, I’ve had a couple of people look at my website on their (different brand name) mobile devices. I think it may be the browser causing the photos to shrink b/c I was the only one having that issue (on my cell and my tablet). Once I switched browsers, the pics stayed the same size.
    I hope everyone looks at it on a good browser…

    Hi! The one that changed sizes is probably Explorer (the world). When the pics stayed the same size, I used the Google search bar.

    ? Are you on a mobile browser? what device?

    Yes, I have an android phone and tablet (Galaxy). I think the “bad” browser is Explorer. I don’t even know how to see what browser I’m using. I’m sorry that I’m so ignorant!
