censored word on comments

    when you post a comment, always pending.
    because I have several words to censor.
    The commentary is not always sent, I have to approve.
    I want these words I have for censure,
    only apply if a user typed the word complete.
    and not if you write a letter of which are censored.
    =( help me please!
