Censoring email addresses and phone numbers in replies

Hello. I want to prohibit users of my forum from entering their direct contact information (email addresses and phone numbers) in topics and replies. Please help me how to do it. I checked a couple of plugins but nothing worked. Most of them just obfuscate but clicking takes to email client because it doesn’t clean email address but adds to mailto. I don’t want this. I want the email to be either encrypted or deleted. There should be no way to read the email address or phone number. Thanks.
