thanks for reaching out! I have checked out your blog and:

1) have you disabled the thumbnails?

2) try adding this to the “Custom CSS” in the plugin settings:

.zem_rp_wrap .related_post_title {
    margin-top: 50px !important;
    }

Don’t forget to save the changes.

I am not using Thumbnails in this blog.
You code is perfect.
