Center footer title and links in mobile.

Any chance I can get some advice here, using basel theme. I’m trying to center both the title and links in mobile.

I’ve tried both of these and nothing is working…

#footer-widgets {
    padding: 0 !important;
}
}

@media (max-width:768px){
    .footer-adv-widget {
    text-align: center;
}
