Center gallery & Space between rows

Hello!
Two quick questions, i think:
1. I’m currently trying to decrease the space between rows, but I’m not being able to do it. I’ve been trying through the css stylesheet but so far no success.
2. How do you center a gallery on a specficic page?

I want to decrease the white space at the bottom and center the gallery if possible.
