In your Child Theme style.css file, can you add text-align: center; to the <header> element?

Why is there so much stuff in your Child Theme style.css file?

i have no clue ?? i followed the instructions i think. and i supposed to make a new file and delete this one?

You need to import the CSS over using the @import CSS rule.
