Since you already made some changes to your header with centering the logo would you mind posting link to your site where I can see this and I’ll be happy to try to help with some custom CSS.

Thanks for the link, please try adding the following CSS code in the style.css file of your child theme or if your theme doesn’t have custom CSS tab add it in your site using the following plugin:

@media (min-width: 980px) {
.sticky-disabled .nav-collapse.collapse {
    margin-left: auto;
    margin-right: auto;
    float: none;
    width: 820px;
}
}

This should center the navigation without affecting sticky navigation and toggle navigation which is displayed on smaller resolutions.
