Please go to Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS and add the following css:

.blog .blog-feed-posts
 > .row > .col-md-6 {
    width: 100%;
    text-align: center;
}

.blog .entry-content img {
    margin: 0 auto;
}

.blog .blog-feed > h2 {
    text-align: center;
}

I’m having the same issue. The CSS isn’t working for me to center the post titles and meta. I’ve applied the CSS where you said to post it and not between those captions (a mistake made by many) Pretty please? ??
