Center site content to full width

  • I am trying to center the content of this page: https://www.omnnipositive.com/about

    There is no sidebar and changed the width form 960px to 600px but I can’t get to center the content.
    I tried to use margin: 0px auto; but nothing changes. After the change, I need the page to remain responsive.
    Any suggestions? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
