I’m able to see the website, but I do just see the Under Construction page.

I can provide a CSS snippet to center the form, however the exact code to do that will depend on the theme your website is using. So I can’t accurately provide that information until I can see the form embedded in your website.

margin-left: auto !important;
margin-right: auto !important;
float: none !important;
}
