I don’t mind them having different Heights, but it would be prettier if aligned by center instead from the top

But is it possible for it to be centered vertically?

in exemple in the screenshot the first one on the left is smaller, so the box doesnt end at the same height than the two other on the right, as i said i dont mind them not having the same heights but i would like to have them centered vertically with each other
