    I have recently started having the same problem that this person had: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/centre-events-calendar/

    I’ve tried the suggested CSS snippets in that thread, but am not having any luck.

    I am running a custom theme that predates my management of the site, but the problem started within the last month or so.

    The error seems to display on all mobile browsers and on desktop Chrome, but not Safari.

    Let me know if any more info is needed.

    Thank you,

    Ethan

    It also seems like the changes I made from the previous thread have resulted in functionality for desktop Safari, but not desktop Chrome. Still not functional on mobile browsers.

    Hey @evoelkers,

    I did some investigating, and …

    It looks like you are experiencing a bug that happens with Elementor and our calendar where the alignwide class is injected into the calendar view wrapper.

    A possible workaround is to add the following CSS:

    .alignwide {
        margin-left: 0 !important;
        margin-right: 0 !important;
    }

    You can add the CSS in your dashboard at Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and see if it works for you. Please remember to flush all caches before you test the CSS snippet out.

    We have an internal bug ticket for this, and I have added your case to it. I will definitely pass along the details you shared with our dev team.

    We don’t have a time estimate, but you’ll be notified here when there are any updates.

    Hang tight for now. If you require other assistance on another topic, please feel free to open a new thread.

    Appreciate your time and patience here. Have a great day.

    Thanks for looking into this, @jdbeacham. The CSS snippet did not fix the issue. Here’s hoping for a fix soon. Thanks again!

    Hi @evoelkers

    The CSS you have added is not showing on the page. This could be due to a cache.

    If you have a caching plugin or server-side caching, please try clearing them and check if that makes a difference.

    Let me know how it goes.

    Hi @d0153

    I’ve cleared the cache using the caching plugin (WP Rocket) and also cleared it server-side.

    Using the Inspect tool in both Chrome and Safari, I’m seeing that the CSS is showing up in Safari, but not Chrome.

    Hi @evoelkers

    Thanks for your response. I tried checking both Safari and Chrome, but I could not find the CSS code.

    If you haven’t done it yet, could you try to follow the setup provided in our knowledgebase article for the WP Rocket recommended setting?

    If it still doesn’t help, please try to temporarily disable both your caching plugin and server-side caching and check if that makes a difference.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    That did the trick! Specifically, adding /events/ as a Never Cache URL. Thank you!

    Hi there!

    We’re happy to inform you that the bug ticket TEC-4811 fixed the issue on the Events Calendar plugin described on that forum thread.

    As always, we recommend testing updates on a staging site first and keeping a recent backup, but the update should work smoothly.

    Please upgrade your Events Calendar plugin to apply this fix to your site.
