Centering message vertically

Hello, thank you for a nice plugin! It really does a good job.
There are decent set of options for text appearance, but if I use text-size of, say, 16px, the message is not centered vertically. So I need to add .scnb-text {padding-top:5px;} to my custom css. How’s about adding that custom padding to options page?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-cookie-notification-bar/
