Certain Fields that do contain data suddenly have stopped exporting

    Everything was working fine so far for the last several years that we’ve been using this plugin. However, after the latest update to WordPress 6.4.1 and corresponding Woocommerce update, certain fields such as Billing Email, Payment method, etc. are not exporting the data present.

    We are able to see that the data is correctly present for the orders through the Preview button. However, when we export the orders through the data isn’t present in the exported excel file.

    ok, got it .

    On test website — activate only WooCommerce and our plugin, set theme StoreFront and check if you still see the problem.

    Okay, on my dev site, i disabled everything but your plugin and wocoommerce, but i still get no Item # Item Name and Item Id.

    I also tried updating the plugin to 3.4.4, and woocommerce to 8.3.1, after that, i still get no item name and such.
    I put in the custom php code you provided, it shows a blank white page with “view hooks” echoed onto it.

    Do you run WooCommerce in HPOS or legacy mode ? I refer to https://woo.com/document/high-performance-order-storage/
