Certain Service Not available in drop down menu

  • Hi there again.

    I have three Options in my Business contract. DHL Paket , DHL Paket International and Warenpost.

    The Options in the drop down Menü Within an Order are showing me Paket, Paket Prio and Warenpost.

    So No Paket International. In the Settings Paket International is marked as a product i want to use.

    Any idea how to fix that please?

    Hi @tiolen1976

    It seems like you tried to create label for a domestic shipping address, Paket International is available for the non-domestic shipping addresses.

    Can you check that?
