Some customers (who appear in Woocommerce) cannot be found among WordPress users.
What could be the reason for this and how can the problem be solved?

    Hi @sziban,

The issue you’re experiencing might be because WooCommerce customers and WordPress users are handled separately. Customers will not automatically become WordPress users unless they register an account during the checkout process or you manually create a user profile for them.

To resolve this, you can encourage your customers to register during checkout by enabling the option “Allow customers to create an account during checkout” in WooCommerce settings.

Alternatively, you can disable the guest checkout mode. This will ensure every customer creates an account to place and access their orders, streamlining the checkout process.

More info can be found here: https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#accounts-and-privacy-settings

I hope this clarifies your concern. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Hi there. We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
