  • Hello, how does the certificate work, I don’t understand. I created a certificate and I published it but only me see it in the course creation and the certificate tab in the dashboard. My instructor does not see the certificates in the certificate tab in the dashboard and in course creation.
    1) Are the certificates I create only for me or for all instructors?
    2) Instructors can also customize their own certificate?
    3) What is the purpose of the signature in the dashboard of the instructor, they appear or on the certificate?

    1. Instructors can’t use the certificates that the admin creates. Instructors have to create their own certificates.
    2. Yes, Instructor can customize their own certificates.
    3. Yes, it will appear on the certificate.

    You do not understand. Instructors do not have the option to create their own certificate
    In certificate tab of the dashboard there is no certificate showing and no button to create a certificate.

    Hello @blasyfeel

    Maybe you have created the certificates as an admin but logged in to the Tutor dashboard as an Instructor. As I said before instructors can’t see the certificates that are created by the admin. Please create a certificate using the back-end editor then you can access that from the Tutor dashboard. Also, it seems you’re using Edumall theme. Could you please activate a default wordpress theme and check if that solve the issue?
