• After upgrading Learnpress to 4.15, several plugins such as the certificats ant co-instructor plugins have been disabled. When trying to update them, they only update to version 3.2 and 3.1 respectively, and it’s not possible to activate any of them. Is there a workaround for this, or is there a solution to this issue coming?

    Getting these answers:

    • LearnPress Co-Instructor addon version 3.1.0 requires LearnPress version 3.0.0 or higher is installed and activated.
    • LearnPress version 4.1.5 require learnpress-co-instructor version 4.0.0 or higher
    • learnpress-co-instructor add-on version 3.1.0 requires LearnPress version or higher | Can addon invalid key Require_LP_Version
    • I have Learnpress version 4.15 installed. No possibility to update co-instructor to a version higher than 3.1 through the standard update system.

    Hi,

    How to update your Add-Ons?

    1. For the users using our premium WordPress Themes from ThemeForest.

Go to Dashboard -> Theme -> Plugin -> Update all add-ons to the newest version.

    2. For users from purchased our add-ons from ThimPress.

LearnPress add-ons will not be updated automatically. If you want to update it, please follow these steps below:

Delete the add-ons that you want to update on your website
Go to this page: https://thimpress.com/my-account/downloads and download the latest versions of the add-ons that you want.
Re-install your add-ons with the latest version.

    Thanks

    Hi!

Thank you for your quick reply! As I recall, I bought the Eduma theme via Themeforest, but in a bundle were I got to download the add-on files directly from Thimpress.

I can’t seem to find “Dashboard -> Theme -> Plugin -> Update all add-ons”. Under “Dashboard -> Theme”, there’s no “Plugin” menu, and under “Dashboard -> Plugin”, there’s no “Update all add-ons”. When I go to “Plugins” and manually click each plugin that’s not updated, they register as updated, but it’s not possible to activate them (see the post above).

When trying the other method, I can’t log in to Thimpress. Tried both to ask for a new password, and to create a new account, but I couldn’t log in. Didn’t get any confirmation email, and is unable to ask for a password reset link.

    Hi,

Which theme are you using? If you use Eduma, please go to Eduma -> Plugin -> update all plugins to the latest then you can activate it.

    Thanks

    Hi

I’m using Eduma, and I’ve tried that earlier as well. When I click “Update” on the plugings, they update, and I can then choose “Activate”. When I reload the page, they’ve reverted back to “Update” and they’re deactivated again.

I think the only solution left is to be able to download directly from Thimpress, but I can’t log in there either. The login page doesn’t seem to work, since I can’t register as a new user and I can’t ask for a reset password either. There seems to be some issue with the sign-up process.
