Certificate bug?

    I have a problem with the certificate. In the personal section the certificate is made available even if the quiz is not passed. Is it a bug or is it normal?

    Certificates should only be available for completed courses. If the course can be completed without passing all quizzes then it’s normal, but if the course is not completed then the certificate should not be available.
