Certificate not displaying on My Courses

Hi Kim,

First I want to make sure you run your test properly. It’s best to test in an incognito window of your browser or in a different browser than you usually use. Can you verify that you’ve tested a test user through the complete experience from enrollment all the way through course completion?

Or are you just testing as yourself as a WordPress administrator?

You are right I did test with myself as Administrator but have now done the same in a test environment with new test user and an incognito window and still can’t view the certificate.

I would send you a screenshot but can’t upload it here.

If you are a LifterLMS customer with access to support please open a ticket in reference to this as it will allow us to share the data I’m going to request privately and resolve your issue quicker, otherwise you can upload the data to a service like dropbox or google drive and accept that it’s going to exist publicly. There is no private messaging here in the forums and we only offer ticketed / email support to our customers.

1) Please take a screenshot of the engagement settings for the engagement you have created

2) Please enable engagement debugging: https://lifterlms.com/docs/enable-engagement-debug-logging/

3) Trigger the engagement through a new test

4) Post a copy of the engagement log file from step 2
