Certificate not downloading and no thumbnails bug

    I posting this on the WordPress forum as your forum does not appear to be working. My topic is not showing with the current listings!! It only shows as a month old I can’t see any current listings.

    We pay for support but get none. All our plugins are up to date. We have read other people have had the same problem

    The certificates are not downloading and the thumbnails in the assign certificate in the course admin are not showing.
