    Hi everyone.

    Firstly, I must say that the “Send email to user” option and “Send certificate to user” are enabled, as shown in the attached image. “Email Configuration” also has a valid sending email.

    However, after the user takes the Quiz and obtains a score sufficient to receive the certificate, this email is not sent to them. The interesting thing is that the admin receives the copy (as the “send e-mail to admin” option is checked), but the user does not receive it.

    Also, the “test email” is being sent without problems:

    tldr: the admin receives the email of the Quiz completed; email tests work; but the user does not receive the email after completing the Quiz and reaching the minimum score (in this case, he should receive the certificate, right?)
