    Hello,
    can you tell me if the certificates are somehow stored in the database and if so, how can I access them? It may be, for legal reasons, that someone has lost their certificate after a course and would like to have it back, even though they have not been registered for some time. Thank you!

    Hello @jugiii,

    Just to clarify, the certificates aren’t stored in the database. Each time a user clicks the download certificate button, it’s freshly generated using their student information, course details, and progress data from various tables.

    You can easily access your certificates by going to your User Account and clicking on the Certificates section, as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/4EgsY2iyPruJ
