First of all thanks for developing this plugin which seems to give a lot of people like me with minimal coding knowledge an easy access to letsencrypt certs.

The issue I am facing is that I do not receive the certs in email, so I checked the solutions on this support page & I am not able to see certificate.txt & cabundle.txt files in “wp-content/plugins/ssl-zen/ssl_zen/keys” directory , I only see .htaccess, order, privatekey.perm, privatekey.txt, public.perm & public.txt files.

I have followed the steps twice now & still the same result. I Even tried doing it by deactivating & reinstalling the plugin once. Can you please help?

  • @thenovice89 Thanks for trying our plugin. Is it possible for you to email us your website url at support(at)sslzen(dot).com ?

Is your site an add-on domain? your root folder may actually be another level down.

Look for a folder the same name as your site in the public_html folder, that is probably your root folder for the site your trying to install the certificate for.
