Certificate verification with search button on website

    One of my clients run a training institute.They issue a certificate with a unique ID for each student. On their website, they seek to add a search button. If anyone enters ID, then details of the student with fields appear like Name, Course Undertaken, Grade.

    Suggested idea/plugin appreciated. Since the client is not tech-savvy, easier solution will help them maintain by themselves instead of passing details to me. I mean a solution such as an Excel like table whose output reflects on the website.
