    Hi,

    Currently I’m using Tutor LMS PRO and I activated the option to provide the certificates, it worked good until a couple of days, now when a certificate is generated instead of appear the whole certificate it keeps loading and instead the name appears: Issued by Authorised Name, in the console there is: VM20656:1 Uncaught (in promise) SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘, ” “… is not valid JSON“… and checking the error it goes to:

    Notice: Trying to get property ‘earned_grade_point’ of non-object in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/tutor-pro/includes/functions.php on line 255
    Notice: Trying to get property ‘grade_point’ of non-object in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/tutor-pro/includes/functions.php on line 264

    {“success”:true,”data”:{“COURSE_TITLE”:”Hacking a sitios Web y Bug Bounty”,”STUDENT_NAME”:”Jhon Example”,”INSTRUCTOR_NAME”:”David Example”,”VERIFICATION_ID”:”eae1fe495b9389″,”POINT”:null,”GRADE”:””,”QR_URL”:”https:\/\/example.co\/tutor-certificate?cert_hash=eae1fe899389″,”TIME”:”February 2, 2024″,”DURATION”:”6hr 40min 0sec”,”SIGNATURE_URL”:””,”PDF_NAME”:”Certificate_for_Jhon_Example”,”ADDONS”:{“gradebook”:true}}}

    It looks that it loads good because it gets the name in console (and the functions.php of tutor looks like doesn’t have problem) but it the front-end it doesn’t load and can’t generate the certificate… Could you help me with this?

    Thank you!
