Certificated issued by Authorised Name

Hi,
Currently I’m using Tutor LMS PRO and I activated the option to provide the certificates, it worked good until a couple of days, now when a certificate is generated instead of appear the whole certificate it keeps loading and instead the name appears: Issued by Authorised Name, in the console there is: VM20656:1 Uncaught (in promise) SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘, ” “… is not valid JSON“… and checking the error it goes to:
