certificates in bulk

    Hi all,

    I am transferring all my certificates from legacy to the new style.

    However i want to add a new certificate to a current course and i want to bulk send the new certificate to people that are currently enrolled. Is there a way of doing this instead of sending then to each student individually?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Unfortunately, there is no default way to add certificates in bulk. But there are two alternatives that you can try.

    1. Create a test course > Create an engagement add trigger > Trigger event will be “Student enroll in a course” > Bulk enroll all of the users to that test course.
    2. You can use WP Fusion as well, to give students tags in a CRM system and then trigger certificates when that tag is added. You will get documentation on their website about this.
