CF7 5.2.2 don’t submit data to Google sheet

    Hi,

    I have installed CF7 5.22, WordPress 5.5.1 and CF7 Google Sheet Connector 4.3

    And Does not save the forms in the google sheet

    I already followed all the recommended steps when not recording the data and everything is fine (https://www.gsheetconnector.com/docs/cf7-gsheet-connector-free/why-not-store-data-on-google-sheets)

    In the wordpress log it shows the following errors:

    Please update the plugin now, we have updated a few mins ago.
    and then let me know.
    Make sure to clear log once and then check so that if any errors are seen, then you can identify.

    Thank you for your response,

    I updated Google Sheet Connector to version 4.4.

    Now the log file does not generate any error related to cf7.

    But you still can’t save the records in the google sheet.

    I also reconnected to the google account, I checked the sheet name, tab and column names but it still doesn’t work.

    What else can I try?

    Hi @westerndeal,

    I just deleted the sheet and created a new one.

    Then I assigned it to the cf7 and now the records are saved in the spreadsheet.
