CF7 Ajax not working only on homepage

Hi,

I am experiencing a weird problem. I have subscribe form on all of pages on my website But On home page, Contact Form submit without ajax call and added form id in the URL, Due to this I am unable to use DOM events.

I have seen this article and it doesn’t solved my issue.

I have no jQuery conflict or error on the page.
I have wp_head() in header.php and wp_footer() in footer.php

Important: Ajax now working only on home page. Same form on other pages uses ajax to submit.

Any help in this issue from the community would be appreciated.
