CF7 and Mailchimp – Select Group how?

Hi,
I have CF7 and Mailchimp Pro Plugin.
I would like use CF7 to make a Newsletter, and all work fine, but I need give possibility user choose Group of Interess by DropDown.But how make it???
In the Official mc4wp.com documentation there aren’t info, another people ask the same at https://dannyvankooten.com (the developer) but he don’t reply… (Since 4 month)Cf7 I “love” you but I need some help!
