CF7 and Paypal

I’m trying to setup an event registration.

There are basically 3 different pricing (Package 1, Package 2 and Package 1&2) for the single event and i would like to consolidate them into a single form.

The challenge is
– there are 3 different Paypal codes for the 3 different pricing.
How can i integrate that into the form? If someone tick on a radio box, the relevant paypal buttons/pricing code would appear for them to proceed wit the payment.

If this is not possible with CF7, can i create a payment page with all 3 payal buttons(for the 3 pricing) and redirect the user once they click on the Submit button so that they can select the right payment ?
