CF7 attachments – works with WP Maintenance Mode turned on only

  • CF7 attachments – only works with WP Maintenance Mode plugin turned on. Therefore only logged-in users can submit the form (if we have Maintenance Mode turned on) and have attachments are successfully included to the email. No Maintenance Mode – then anyone can submit and the email comes through, but with no attachments. Any ideas as to why this would be happening?
