CF7 & Captcha issue : High fail rate with sending emails

  • Hi,

    I have been digging this issue for days, searching and reading possible answers and tweaking many things but still can’t reach a valid and strong email handling in my contact form.

    Currently the situation is :
    CF7 is used for the contact form
    hCaptcha is used for spam control*

    My problem is that sometimes email are perfectly sent but most of the times, they are blocked and considered as spam. And I can identify why. I fill form with tests strings but try to use natural language, avoiding problematic words and so on.

    I wish I could get my emails to work most of the time when the content is “valid” but I am far from this at this point. I am more than wilfull to check, fix or do whatever is needed but I am lacking ideas here. Any hints welcome.

    *reCaptcha was previously used but every single email was bloacked. hCaptcha seems to work better.
